Duncan Cornish is a professional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary for junior (stock exchange) listed companies. He has more than 15 years experience in the accountancy profession both in England and Australia, mainly with the accountancy firms Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse Coopers.

He has extensive experience in all aspects of company financial reporting, corporate regulatory and governance areas, business acquisition and disposal due diligence, capital raising and company listings and company secretarial responsibilities. Mr Cornish holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is currently CFO and Company Secretary of several ASX listed companies.
